The association aims to protect cats, dogs, horses and donkeys in all areas including pet shops and Giza Zoo. By increasing public awareness of animal rights and providing assistance to protect stray animals.
The association runs a cat shelter in Shibramant, Giza, and another for dogs in Saqqara.
There are more than 700 cats and dogs in both shelters. Owners of these animals suffer because of the tourism crisis.
As for adoption, the association tries to search for homes that owners may want to acquire animals at home and abroad. On the other hand, the association is interested in raising public awareness about animal rights, and is campaigning to fight the killing of stray animals with bullets or poison, and find solutions to the conditions of animals in the zoo. .
